So this is my second round on P90X and although this isn't my first time using myfitnesspal, this is my first time actually trying to keep up w/ tracking everything. With that being said I'm not sure how to list my workouts. Mucho confused
So if anyone does P90X can you give me tips on how you list your workout....thanks!
