So this is my second round on P90X and although this isn't my first time using myfitnesspal, this is my first time actually trying to keep up w/ tracking everything. With that being said I'm not sure how to list my workouts. Mucho confused :/ So if anyone does P90X can you give me tips on how you list your workout....thanks!
