Victory in the gym

For 3 years I have tried the captains chair and failed, I could never hold myself up and my form would be horrific so my trainer would skip it and we'd try again a couple of months later, same result. After reading the many posts on MFP about lower reps and higher weight I started taking this approach increasing the weight roughly every week, and consistently doing planks and side planks I am super excited to say that today I DID IT!! I no longer hate this piece of gym equipment because I conquered it!

deadlifts, squats, and cleans are most challenging... but they yield the best results so they have become my favorites.. i used to love doing bicep curls because i used to think my arms were gettn lots bigger because of them. now i hate doing them because i see much better progress doing pullups and rows. i feel like a typical curl monkey whenever i do them in the gym. =/0
