I wonder if this is possible? I am a massage therapist and I am really strong. I am the buffest woman my husband knows and it makes me feel a little self conscience. I would like to loose anywhere from15-25 lbs, but I am afraid that I will end up looking like he-woman after I do this. Does anyone have idea's how I can loose weight without buffing up?

Strength and muscle size are two different things. Generally women will not get as muscular as they think.......I would lose the fat and not worry about the other part. If you don't go too lox bf% you will not really be defined.0

What is your weight and BF%?
It is very unlikely that if you eat a calorie deficit you will gain muscle accidentally, no matter what you do in the gym.0
