Hello all,

I don't want to be one of those people, but I'm honestly at a loss. I have recently gotten back on the wagon and I am frustrated to not see any pounds lost yet. If anyone would be willing to take a look at my diary/exercise and offer any advice, it would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Wccngr

Off the top of my head:

    1. Drink more water. 3 - 5 glasses isn't enough.
    2. Maybe add in a bit more fiber? I eat a lot of fiber through the day. Is the bread white or wheat, that little change can help.
    3. Don't skip breakfast, it helps kick start your metabolism. You should eat within an hour of waking if you can.
    4. Can't see your exercise, but if you aren't doing 10-15 minutes of something in the morning, might want to start.
    5. (can laugh here). Park your car far away from where you work and walk. Studies show this can zap 1-2 pounds annually (1-2 pounds is 1-2 pounds, ya know?)

Good Luck and hopefully others will have more suggestions!

Thank you! I appreciate your feedback. I'm getting at least a half hour of circuit training daily in addition to walking which I only log if it's a large amount.
