i have a question. what happens if i go over my protein and carb intake for the day yet my calories and fat numbers are still below what they should be? do i still lose weight?

It's okay to go over a bit in your protein, especially if you're working out. Sometimes this can even help you lose weight.
While your body needs carbs, however, you should try to stay at your limit. Going over a little won't stop you from losing weight, but if you're consistently over, it could make it a bit more difficult.
Calories are the big one, so try to get the right amount of calories, and just keep an eye on those carbs, try your best to stay around where you should be, and relax.
