Hello all,
I used to be a very active member, then last summer I separated from my partner, lost 7lbs in the 2 weeks immediately after - thought brilliant! but it went back on pretty quickly and I've been somewhat stable since then but recently have got a new boyfriend who is woooonderful but can eat what he likes and not gain a thing.
He's moving in for the summer before we both go to university and I need to get things under control before I start to gain massively. My 2 year old has a very healthy diet so I have no excuse not to do it for me too.
Has anybody had a break like this and managed to get through it? I had lost 70lbs, now it's roughly 66lb my goal is to loose 100lb . Decided to look at things fresh and consider my CW my new SW, and aim for my 10% again.
Any advice or tips?!

Congrats on the 70lb loss, that is an awesome effort you should be very proud of your efforts! Given the circumstances the fact that you only put on 4lbs I think says alot.... 4lbs is nothing, you could have put on lots more but you didn't!! So you have really maintained your loss during that stressful time... I've only lost 32lbs so far with still 32+ to go, but my advise would be go back to basics to get back into a routine & drink lots of water.. water & more water. Good luck, I'm sure you'll see this through :flowerforyou:0

Thanks guys!
I'm already feeling more positive about it, I hate being a 'big girl' girlfriend so I'm setting my first goal to get underneath his CW which is only 5lbs away so a good first mini goal I think.0 -
And I have no idea how I haven't gained more! At the weekends I can drink like a fish and when I'm comfort eating can polish of multi packs of chips and oreo's, cakes, cookies..anything I can get my hands on I will demolish it. Such disgusting behaviour really isn't it.0
