Gday, glad to be here.

Lets see how I go, I am aiming to lose an additional 25-35 kilos. Already lost 31 kilos but have plateaued hard for 2 years despite lots of exercise, I believe tracking my daily meals and exercise will be the solution so I can keep the kilojoules under control.

I wish I could auto-convert the calories to kilojoules, bloody Americans ;)

Anyways, great site, love the comprehensive food database and exercise list. Very well put together!
