Hi,
I have the Fit in 5 to 20 minutes legs, bum and tum attack dvd. I have attempted to work out the calorie burn per section but got a bit mixed up!! Can anyone tell me how many calories I will burn out doing each section on this dvd? Any information is appreciated.

Impossible to guess, buy a cheap heartrate monitor and calculate based on average heart rate for the workout.0

In the meantime, might be worth logging it as 'circuit training' as maybe people do this for the 30 Day Shred.0

Thanks guys! Thought I was just been a bit dim to be honest but got myself mighty confused trying to work it out. I will probably log it as circuit training then althougth the calories wont be as accurate which is a shame. Then again I tend to try not to bother eating the addtional calories.0
