    Dietary cholesterol has very minimal effect on your blood serum cholesterol. Eat the yolks, it's fine.

    I eat 7 eggwhites and 3 whole eggs, most every morning, my cholesterol is just fine.

    Whole eggs can give my hair a yellowish tint, where egg whites don't. Also, whole eggs get stinky in the summer.
