New joiner!

I have just discovered MFP. I'm 34 with three children (youngest is 8 months). I started back at the gym in November and embarked on a healthy eating plan although didn't count calories. I went from pre pregnancy weight of approx 10 st 8lbs to post pregnancy 10 st 11 1/2 lbs when starting back. I was seeing a brilliant trainer once a week and managing three gym sessions. I'm really proud to say that I am now down to 9 st 6 lbs which is the lightest ever! So, for me this is all about maintenance, maybe a couple more pounds (imagine seeing an 8 on the scales!) and inspiration when the biscuits and cake are calling.
