NEWBY AND NEED MOTIVATION!

HELLO my name I am a 44 yr. old individual w/ 2 girls and a husband. I have been trying to get back on track to better my health. Back in 2009 I was doing so well and started off with 15 minutes of exercise and ended up going everyday after that.. However, after that I became the caretaker for my parents and was dedicated to their care ..I recently lost my dad and have been struggling with getting back on track,I need motivation. I feel angry at myself at times because I stopped doing my exercise and esating healthy. I want to loose weight, eat healthly and let my children transform to eating healthier as well... just motivation and support is what I need

    Welcome and good luck. Feel free to add me if you wish to your friends list. As far as feeling angry about stopping with the exercise I have a saying "Don't look back, that's not the direction we're going"

    You stopped, but now are starting. Don't beat yourself up and just look and move forward to a healthy you.
