Yes you can and I'm determined to do it before age 50! Will be 47 in August and would love to be at a healthy weight by then but trying to be realistic so I'm hoping for sure by 48 so I can rock it in my 50's!!! Keep going!0

I've seen many posts regarding the motivation for one to get in shape and maybe loose some weight, but this one rings close to home for me. I am currently 50 and was not happy at all with my physical condition so I was motivated to make some changes. I started several months ago and have dropped 30 pounds and have been working out regularly. I feel good but am still wondering, how did I let myself go for so long. I wish you all the best. Besides, 50 is not as bad as it sounds... :laugh:0
