    type tdee in the search engine it is basically a calculator that you put your gender, age, height, current weight.
    then it will calculate your tdee. hope this helps

    scratch your head 3 times, run around a table, make sure it's round. and scream "HUGA WAGA". Your TDEE will fall out of the sky in no time. good luck!
