Pigged out and ate terrible for 2 weeks....GAINED NO WEIGHT!

i was sick 2 weeks ago and i was eating like my old self... ate apple puffs, pasta, burgers, hot dogs, and yada yada yada....


this past monday, i began back on track.... so i check today, i didnt gain any weight.... what gives?

    Food type doesn't matter. Also niner is correct. You aren't going to just get fat in one week from eating crap. You'd have to eat a surplus over your TDEE also.

    maybe you were eating too little so your body is happy to be being fed. you should eat tdee -15% daily...

    i was thinking the same thing but it was so odd... i thought maybe my metabolism is just on level 100 and just battling anything that comes its way...

    That's great. I ate bad two days last weekend and gained 2 lbs!
