Look at the day you had, learn from it, move on. You didn't damage your body in just one day, you're not going to destroy everything you've done so far with one day, either. Just move on, make today a good day and leave that bad day in the dust.0

One day won't kill you. Just learn from it and move on.0

Log it, accept it as a lesson learned, understand that a one-day setback every now and then is not a serious impediment to long-term weight loss, resolve to do better, forgive yourself, and move on.
If you want, you can make an attempt to make up for it by upping your exercise the next day, etc. But in general it's best just to put it behind you and focus on doing a better job today.
The WORST thing you can do is look back on it and feel all guilty about it. It's over. You've learned from it. Focusing on the future is what will get your health back on track.0 -
I've been celebrating my birthday all week with different friends and family, and my diary's showing it! I am also working to shake off the cake, pie, etc. and focus on getting back on a healthier track.0

I wish you had your diary open, I like to see what other people consider a bad day, sometimes its not all that bad.0
