I'm new here... no huge diet plans of as yet... just want to loose 30 lbs without major dieting of any sort. Using the calorie counter to tweek the way I eat.

    Welcome! When i started i had no major plan either. I just wanted to keep track of what i was eating and how much everything was in calories. This site makes it fun to lose weight and not make it stressful. Everyone is helpful and supportive. If you need any support or motivation feel free to add me as a friend. Best of luck to you! :)
