Totalllllllly tripped over my flip flop while walking around my town, I have never litereally fallen to the ground.... I got up, started limping and thought to myself.....170 pounds was just forced down the the ground.... Ive gottttta start getting this weight off.... would it have hurt less if I were lighter? Alls I know is I got a huge cut on my hand and a stubbed toe. OUCH!
