Hello my name is Rachel and I am hoping to finally get healthy and lose the weight that seems to have crept on me. I am sure it didn't happen overnight and the weight won't come off that quickly either, but I have been motivated and have went from sitting on the couch doing nothing, to walking 2 miles a day. If nothing else, I am proud of myself for that!!! I have about 90lbs I want to lose and may need some helpful tips along the way......
