Bodymedia Fit (BMF) and numbers

I have been wearing my BMF for about a few weeks now. My calorie burn ranges from approx 2600 (non-workout day) to 3100 (workout day). If I understand correctly, I should be eating around 2000 calories a day for a 1-2 pound weight loss a week (which is what I've been averaging), without eating back the exercise calories Thoughts or corrections? Is there anything I'm missing?

I walk all the time here at work and I log what I do, however I still try and stay under my calories. I have dropped quite a bit of wait. I never eat back the calories burned. When I log my diary at the end of the day it tells me all the time...Im to low for eating..I say whatever and do it again tomorrow..

Stay strong, I know you are doing fine and it does get frustrating...

I have a body media fit as well. My average daily calorie burn is around 3000, including exercise. I eat around 2000-2300 to have a 700-1000 calorie deficit. I have lost 12.2 pounds so far in the 6 weeks that I have had it. Seems like you are doing it correctly to me.

Been doing the Bodymedia thing now for 5 months...it has really helped. I am so jealous of your burn! Non exercise days I come in a round 1750 and workout days btwn 2000-2150.

I am close to my goal so I have manually set the body media for a 500 cal deficit 2k out and 1500 in. I usually don't eat my calories back from exerising since my burns are so low and I NEVER reach the 1K deficit mark. If I did, I would probably eat more to at least hit my RMR.
