I have two suggestions. Measure and weight stuff like meat. I keep a scale for the meat, usually 2 or 3 ozs. at a time and I have a half cup measuring cup for things like veggies and cottage cheese. And secondly be honest about what goes into your mouth. I see people who swear they haven't eaten a thing all day but in reality they ate several hundreds calories one bite at a time. I've lost over 90 pounds. It's not easy but it can be done. Good luck.0
