I am a 36 y/o mom of 4 boys and I have been exercising regularly for 1 year. I am comfortable with my size and shape, but dang if I can't change the texture of those thighs! While I exercise religiously, my diet is atrocious. . . . I mean really bad. Yesterday, for instance, I ate 6 Oreos for lunch. . . . really.
I'm hoping that keeping a food diary will help keep me on track as far as diet goes. I'd like to drop maybe 10 pounds and just tone everything up a bit. Maybe I have to take a 'before' picture. . . .because having a 'before' indicates there will be an 'after'!
