• a couple handfuls of spinach
• water
• ice (if desired)
That's what I do, it comes out a bright lime green color. It's sooo good! That is to make a big batch, but just add the desired amount of what you want if you have a single smoothie maker.0 -

omg how weird i was literally just coming to this forum to post the same thing. as part of treatment for my TMJ disorder, i am on a soft foods/no chew diet for the next 2 weeks. i was hoping to find some good smoothie recipes so that i can keep up with my fruit/veggie intake ?0

I asked earlier for ones with bananas. Not a whole lot of luck with responses. =( I am considering the spinach though.0

1/2 c. milk (I use 2%)
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 T. French vanilla pudding mix
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 t. vanilla
1/2 frozen banana
5 ice cubes
splenda to taste
Yummy! And if you don't like cottage cheese, you can't taste it at all.0 -
I have a fruit smoothie each morning for breakfast....when you add the spinach does it still taste sweet? This would be a great way to get some greens!!0
