hey there guys,
your all probably sick of seeing questions like this. I checked the archives but couldnt find an answer.

so with most online health calculators they ask for an activity level, so usually its set out something like this. This was for calculating my TDEE

1-sedentary- desk job, no exercise
2- light exercise -1-3 times a week.
3-moderate exercise- 3-4 days a week
4- strenuous exercise 6-7 times a week
5- physically demanding job, strenuous exercise 6-7 times per week.

so that's fine not very confusing
however. what would you put if you did strenuous exercise 2-3 times a week? or light exercise 6-7 days a week? how do you take in these variables to choose your activity level. ?

Use your best judgement. Error on the conservative side. Choose a plan and stick with it for at least 4 weeks before making further adjustments.

In your examples below I would choose: 3-moderate exercise- 3-4 days a week. After 4 weeks if you're not seeing results, change it to: 2- light exercise -1-3 times a week.
