Weights-cardio or cardio-weights?

Okay I have heard both ways. After a warm up you do your weight training then finish the day with cardio or you do your cardio first and then do your weight training.

I'm not training for any competition or anything, just want to do some weight lifting to build lean muscle mass. If I did my cardio afterwards I don't think I would do half of what I do now.

Some say you could say the same thing for your weight training. You don't do the volume or intensity you would if you do it after your cardio.

I'm still all about shedding the pounds so is there a right or wrong answer?

Okay discuss.....

5-10 minutes pre weights to get the blood flowing. Lift. Whatever cardio workout you have scheduled after weights. If you do cardio too hard preweights you risk pre-exhausting the muscles and sacrificing form on your lifts.

I always lift first, then cardio.

I always lift and then cardio, if I do cardio on lifting days. Most times cardio on non lifting days.
