side items for dinner

im making chicken broccoli fettuccine alfredo for dinner tonight..i want to know what you guys think would be a good side item. i wanna get away from the same old garlic bread, so what else would yall eat with it ?

    Steamed veggies, fresh veggies, or fruit. A salad is always good, too. If you are bored of those, you could try grilling the vegetables. On a charcoal grill the taste is very unique and usually a crowd pleaser. Try tossing them in balsamic vinegar and S&P before grilling.

    I also like sweet potatoes sliced into rounds and baked at about 350 for 20 minutes. I don't even season them-- just nonstick cooking spray and go!

    Prosciutto wrapped asparagus and some duck fat smashed fingerling potatoes with parm and garlic

    I would add some kind of Veggie. The pasta and sauce has a lot of calories, carbs and fat.
