    So true. All of the celebrity trainers, workout plans, eating plans still all come down to US making the good choices. Have a great day

    agreed.... The days that I really dont want to go to the gym- I make myself go and by time the first 15 minutes is over I'm feeling great and glad I went!

    I wanna get healthy...Im pretty knew to this and keep getting sidetracked : (

    But I just bought a juicer and I am going to try to replace a meal and/or a snack a day with green juice.

    Oh I cant do that!!! I love carbs!!! but maybe you should eat more than a juice!!! I guess :laugh:
