    (i mix them up all diff ways, sometimes add 1# wts, sometimes 3# for arm sections)

    women's health workout in 10 dvd w/amy dixon
    ballet conditioning dvd by elements
    and p90x stretch x one time/wk

    today i did mi 1,2,3 of 5day slim down (reg walk, arms, legs) and mi 4&5 of the 5mi fat burning dvd.

    I walk 5 miles a day fast- 4 MPH - I swim 1-2 hours a day and I do squats and pushups 3 days a week and upper body strength training 2 x a week. Cindy :heart:

    Hi

    I have a treadmill in the basement, so I'll probably walk/run for about 40-45 minutes
    If I have any energy after that, I'll run on the stairs with hand weights....for a total of 60min cardio

    I walk/run the hill near my house while pushing my 2 year old daughter in the jogging stroller. Today I did 5 miles in 90 minutes. And I am about to start day 1 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I am scared. I know it's super intense and I know I will be super sore afterwards. Wish me luck!

    I am not a SAHM but I am a full time working mom who when I'm not at work I am at home.

    I do Chalean Extreme at 5:30 every morning (except my rest days like today!)

    Today's a rest day. Most days I do one or more of the free workout videos at sparkpeople.com (love the 10 minute cardio kickboxing) or exercisetv.tv (love the cardio tease workout).

    I did it! Day 1 is done. I've never sweat so much in my life, including childbirth, twice!
