I am a mom of five ranging from 2-18. I am going to be 41 soon and fed up with being tired and out of shape. Don't want to end up like others in my family with weight related medical issues. I also have an ICD because of a heart condition and have to start off not working too hard. I really just would love to meet others with similar goal and/or situations.

Hi there - I'm 40 years old (will be 41 in Sep) and I have 4 kiddos ages 12, 10, 8 and almost 6. I too am tired of being tired and out of shape. I've got Hashimoto's Thyroiditis which makes me hypothyroid so my weight can fluctuate a bit. I'd really like to lose a good 10lbs for the summer so I can not be so self conscious in shorts and gasp......a bathing suit, ugh! I've just been using this to track my food, I just checked these message boards today.0

Hello I am new to this sight. I am 45 with 2 daughters. I had lost about 68 lbs over the last year or so but have gained about 25 of it back. I need to get it off again and then some but I need some help and motivation.0
