Stuck at same weight!

Hey all-
I've been hanging at 188lbs for a while now...I noticed I'm losing inches doing the 30 day shred, but I went out of town and am going out of town again so I won't be able to pick it back up until mid may.
Any ideas on how to move past this hump? I'm trying to get to 145 eventually, but at least 160 by the end of the summer.

Step away from the scale! If you're losing inches, you're making progress. If you have increased your exercise level, you may be building muscle mass, which will affect your weight, but you're still losing inches. You might try increasing your exercise level to break a plateau as well. That can be hard when you're traveling - but a 15 minute walk each day can make a difference.0
