Hi out there. I am trying to lose a bunch of wieght for health reasons. If I don't drop some my doc says I will have sugar. I am almost there now. I don't feel good most of the time. I think this is because of the wieght. My cholestorl is way over the top also.
I am starting to make better choices, We will see in a week. Mostly I get discoureged because the scale doesn't seem to move.

    No need to get discouraged! You can lose weight, some people lose slower than others..but the point is you're trying!

    First, don't weigh yourself everyday. Weigh in once a week, in the morning before you do anything. Try and remember to do your best one day at a time. If your always looking toward the future and not reaching goals, you wont. Just make a small goal everyday and try to reach that. Like: dont eat any junk food today, or drink 8 glasses of cold water today, or stay away from sauces on my food today. When you have smaller goals, at least I find it easier to not get discouraged. (So far that is) Some people lose weight really fast, others much slower. My doctor says 1 lb a week is a safe goal. Good luck!:bigsmile:
