Hi guys
Have just bought myself this hrm with my birthday money as I didn't have one and wanted to get a more accurate measurement of my cals burned. Anyway... It has a calorie monitor but from what I work out, I have to keep touching the watch during my workout to get it to pick up my heart rate... Is this correct?

This is an old post and I'm not sure if you ever got an answer, but I recently picked on of these up myself and even if you don't still have yours, you are correct that you have to touch the hrm to get a reading, and from what I've read, the more you get a reading the more accurate your calorie count is going to be. Still not sure about the accuracy yet, as I just bought this and it's my first HRM.0
