Calorie Tracking

Hello all,
I am new to this site and just have a quick question that someone may be able to answer. When I first start my daily entry, I have a 1200 calorie goal for the day. However, once I submit my day, the totals change to 2000 calorie for the day. I'm I doing something wrong. I would like to see 1200 calories for the entire day and would prefer for it not to change, just likfe FitClick which I used for about 5 months. I like this site better because the community is more active :0)

    Are you exercising? If so, those are calories you've earned through exercise. Youll lose weight eating at the 1200 and not exercising, and you'll lose by eating back your exercise calories too.

    If its not from exercise, then I have no idea.

    Thank you, for the answer. Had I just done the math, it would have made sense.

    You should eat some/most of them back too. I know it sounds counterintuitive to work out and then eat more, but if your body is using up 600 calories to fuel a workout it's taking them from fueling your boy and organs.
