Did really well....until dessert

I went out to celebrate my graduation with a couple of co-workers today. Between the choices, I picked an Italian restaurant with a buffet. I knew that they had fish, roasted veggies, and other "healthy-ish" options. I did really well - 2 medium plates that we only partially filled mostly veggies, meat, and a little cheese. I planned to get one serving of dessert (the buffet has small portions). The girls decided to get one of almost everything for us to split. Some I took bites of, others I did not. That ladies and gentleman was my downfall.

I'm working out tonight. Dinner shall be on the light side. I must admit that I'm worried about this weekend. My parents are coming into town. I have meal plans written (my mom calls me the food nazi), but they eat so differently than I do. Any advice for the weekend?
