Excessive Sweating

I have been exercising very hard and reagularly for the last several months. I always sweat a lot, and I am used to it. About a week ago I noticed that my socks were SOAKED when I got done working out. I had to get a second pair f workout shoes so I can let them dry a day inbetween. I now change socks bwtween my cardio exercises, but it still is happening. Yesterday the foot rests on the elliptical actually had puddles of sweat in them!
During the winter I was wearing a long-sleeve compression shirt, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt/hoodie. With the warming temps I have gone to a short sleeve compresson shirt and a t-shirt. I am wondering if I was sweating this much before and the sweatshirt/hoodie was absorbing it.
I also feel like my head and face are sweating more, I seem to have to wipe my face and head more. I have taken to wearing swatbands on my wrists to help lessen the mess.
During the winter I usually did not wear sweatpants. so that is not a factor.
Has anyone had a problem like this, where their sweat level seemed to dramtically increase. I may end up talking to a doc about this, but this is a little less embarassing!

i was going to suggest shorter hair... but i see you are in the service and already have short hair haha
i have a problem with sweating too. not quite as bad as you, but then again i only do 20 minute workouts. for the feet, i would say try to get some talc powder, baby powder, or odor eaters powder to absorb as much sweat as it can. put it in your socks before you put them on, and then put it in your shoes as well. i use a sweatband as well and it seems to work for me. maybe you could take a towel with you to the gym and just wipe your face and head down whenever it gets too bad.0 -
It's normal. Your body sweats more when you get in shape. It is its adaptaion to become more efficient at cooling itself.0

Well, it really sucks. If it gets much worse I am going to need three pairs of shoes so they have time to dry.
I do have a towel to wipe my head and face, I am noticing that I use it much more frequently and it is wetter at the end of the workout.
I do 60 minutes of stationary bike and 60 minutes of elliptical. I occasionally change the order. I had started adding strength training in, but I am dealing with an elbow issue right now.0
