Eating under my calarie goal always

I hardly eat my calorie goal of 1200 calories per day. I should be loosing weight, but I remain the same every day....what am I doing wrong. Help me please. I have weighed 142 pounds forever!!!!!!!

You don't eat enough. Your body thinks it is starving and therefore holding on to everything it gets.
Up your calories (about 100 at a time) and you should start to loose those stubborn pounds.0 -
I agree - common misconception is that if you solely eat LESS, you will lose MORE. I would increase the calories - Are you exercising as well?
In "starvation mode" your body will store fat and burn muscle....not good.0 -
