exercise and weight loss

Just wondering how much exercise will boost your weight loss. I have lost 26 pounds and am now at a plateau. I don't exercise and was wondering if I do will it maybe break this plateau I'm at? Please help!

If u work out with weights you will build muscle. Muscle inturn will boost your metabolism and burn more calories. If you are new to lifing weights start slow and give ur body time to recover. Also if something hurts don't do it that way anymore.3 weighted work out days a week for no more than an hour is pretty common and very efficient. You shoul be able to find a routine on line that will allow you to work all your muscles in this amount of time. GOOGLE it0
