Anyone do Freezer Cooking? My daughter plays travel softball and between practices and games there is little time to prepare meals. What type of things do you make ahead and have ready for quick meals? I like to get chicken when on sale and grill or cook and shred or chop for meals.
I have also marinated pork and chicken in sauces in ziplocks then just drop in crockpot in the am by dinner its done.
Would love some individual meals ideas for myself that are low calorie.

I go to Costco to buy salmon, marinate with lemon ( no commercial marinates hence no unneeded sugar)
I separate cooked salmon into small portions, and freeze it.
Sometimes I take slow cooked beef, portion it and freeze it
Make a salad( buy pre-made salmon) add my salmon
Sometimes I sauté a whole bunch of veggies, portion it, and add to my protein ( fish & chicken & beef)0 -
Great ideas!! Thanks so much!0
