Half Marathon Training

If anyone wants a great, motivating way to lose some pounds and get in shape, begin the training program for a half marathon. I started it in February and am doing my first half marathon in less than two weeks. I can honestly say I feel better than I ever had about myself. It keeps me healthy and on track. Anyone can do it if you put your mind to it!! :)
