A vegan McRib lettuce wrap for 222 calories...with fries.

You don't even have to be a vegan or know a vegan or like vegans to enjoy this. It's equal-opportunity tasty.

When made with a serving of homemade BBQ seitan and some fixins (ahem, crispy shoe string potatoes), each wrap is 222 calories // 23g carbs // 4g fat // 23g protein // 3g fiber // 5g sugar

    It's a giant piece of lettuce ;) But you can up the seitan portion and the fries with very little damage done calorie wise. I just typically can't eat much!

    Right. I was mentioning the size of the lettuce for scale purposes.
