changing things up

Hi, I have been cranking the cardio and diet for 4 months now. I ate alot of 'snacks' rather than meals. I haven't started weights yet. I am at a standstill. Right now I am on 12hr days and just walking at work...alot. Next week I am hoping to switch things up. any suggestions? oh, and todays diary is low as I am having a .'.take that system'.day

I recommend intervals. Either on the treadmill or the bike or an elliptical even. It is really good for burning fat.0
