A Little Help Is Needed!

I started my weightloss plan 3 days ago. I Have a calorie limit of around 1800 Cals. I have been logging all my foods but i have been completing my days with a nice amount of calories to spare. Im wondering is this a good or bad thing seeing that i workout.? Do i need to atleast meet my calorie goal.?

do you log your work outs also?
We're supposed to eat our calories, but sometimes it's difficult.
Not enough hours in a day for me some times.

Try and get as close to your calorie goal as possible. I very rarely hit it right on (mainly because I'm worried about my macros). Do you include your exercise calories as well - remembering that when you exercise you 'earn' back your calories - you're recommended to eat these back so you can come as close to your goal as possible. Do you know your BMR? This is the minimum you should be netting (calories eaten minus calories burned).

Yes i do log my workouts in. I didnt know i was suppose to eat back those calories i thought it was bad to do that. I usually make a batch of protein shake to drink a glass for lunch and dinner and also after my evening workout. I was told that eating late helps with weight gain. So usually after i workout i shower eat something very light and drink my glass of Protein shake to fill me up enough so i can go to bed. Maybe i should workout a little earlier seeing that i need to eat back those calories.

And im sorry whats BMR.? Im new and really need to learn alot.

You're 18 years old and you have 28 lbs to lose (based on your ticker)... you have been given 1800 calories/day. Did you include your exercise in the lifestyle question you answered? (Sedentary, lightly active, moderately active, very active, extremely active etc.)? If you did, you shouldn't log the exercise in addition. If you didn't, log the exercise and eat the calories back.

There is not enough information to assist you. We can only speculate.
Either you need to open your Diary for viewing, or allow access by code. Feel free to PM or FR and I may be able to help you.

Again, anything else beyond this, is PURE SPECULATION.
