hello everyone!!!
My names Kaydee and im 5'1 186.1 lbs currently!!! I started off this past Saturday weighing 195. My Dr put me of Metformin because of PCOS and infertility. AND BOY DID IT HELP MY WEIGHT LOSS. I feel it melting away!!!! I have 45lbs left to lose and I have decided to start going to the gym again .
I would like to know any suggestions anyone has as to what to do at the gym. I tried to do to elipctical and I could only be on it for 5 minutes before I start wheezing and I need to get off . I want to lose my muffin-top, stomach and have a flat back.....NO MORE BACK BOOBS!!!!!
I am planning on doing tredmill for 30 minutes on 4.5mph
Interval Bike training for 20 minutes
stair climber for 20 minutes

If you love music & dancing, Zumba! I love it, and first month I started it 4x a week I lost 7lbs
I also like to swim laps after zumba.0 -
Personally I would do cardio one day and weight lifting the next. Building muscle burns fat faster. The treadmill does suck but I like to do it for my cardio because you gotta do what you gotta do0

I love the circuit training room. and the hip abduction room. I like lift weights because it burns for 72 hours. cardio is only burns after 3 hrs of working out.
but yes change it up. i do both.0 -
If there is circuit training you can do that. Also if you are interested in the classes I know a lot of people that love those. I started on the elliptical 3 weeks ago. Went for 12 minutes and seriously thought they were going to have to call 911 for me when I got off. It was so bad. That was on a 1 for resistance.
I am now up to 45 minutes at 8 resistance. I did it in baby steps with upping the resistance one day then the next upping my time by a few minutes. I really like the workout that it gives. Seems to be much more of a workout then the treadmill and much easier on my joints.0
