Calf muscles aching from exercise..should I continue?

Hi all,
I recently started exercising again and to keep myself moving in a sedentary job, I started climbing 3 flights of stairs at work during lunch since the past 3 days. And as it happens in the first couple of days of beginning exercise, my legs are aching like hell and I am limping all over the place today! Barely able to get down the stairs without support, though climbing up isn't that painful. Should I go for my regular jogging/ 30 Day Shred workout today evening? I feel like I should keep pushing myself to work out but don't want to cause any injury or muscle pull/strain.
Any thoughts/advice ?

No. If you say you can barely walk then you answered your own question. How are you gonna jog when you can barely walk? Also muscle needs recovery. The recovery time should shorten to a point where you're used to it.0

I recently started the Shaun T's 15 minute workout (from Doctor Oz website), which has a lot of jumping--and the same thing happened to me! I was gimping because my calf muscles were so painful (and that's weird because I used to play soccer and have big calves anyway). What I did was to keep stretching the muscles each day, did lower impact stuff like walking, and after a few days the pain went away. I have since been able to do that workout (I do a little lower impact now as I think I started too much too fast) without having pain in my calf muscles. Hope this helps!0

I had slight pain yesterday but pushed myself to jog for small intervals in between my walking and now the pain has worsened I just thought of keep pushing and not give myself an excuse for skipping a workout. You guys are right. Should just focus on stretching and low impact stuff like walking till the pain recedes. Thanks for the advice0
