I have/had Graves Disease and got the radioactive iodine treatment and now hypothyroid but am on Levothyroxin. First make sure your levels are right and you have the proper dosage if you are on meds. If you prefer to go holistic see a good professional.
A reasonable deficit. Two pounds a week, even 1.5 pounds was too much even when I was morbidly obese. When I set my deficit at 1.5 I only lost 1.25 at the most. Now I have it at .8 pounds per week.
Exercise must include cardio and weights or I stall.
This is what has worked for me.:flowerforyou:0 -
