Running!

hey to all of you runners out there! So I run. That definitely doesn't mean I ENJOY running. It has it's perks every so often but I'm not going to lie. I'm not always in a mood to go exercise.

I run every 1-2 days from 1.5-3 miles and I don't feel like I see any results. Maybe my body is getting used to it? Who knows. Does anyone have any suggestions to keep the running interesting but make my body get a better workout?

    mayb if u listen to music while running it wuld make time by faster. cus before you know it, after 10 songs or so, you'll culd nearly b done. hope that helps. :happy: have fun running and keep it up!!

    and if you want a better workout, i've seen people with weight balls who throw them, run after them, etc. it may look crazy but it must be a really great workout.

    Interval training is always good - hills, sprints vs. jogs, etc. Mix it up instead of doing the same route, add music...
