I bought a big bag of fresh mint at the Farmers' Market because it smelled so yummy and summery. Does anyone have any delicious minty recipe ideas? So far, I've just been waving it around my apartment. Anyone have a delicious drink ideas, preferably something that tastes like a mojito?

    Ok I'm not a big mojito fan, but I bet you could do something with diet sprite and limes and the mint and it's semi-mojitoish....i think?
