Greetings...New to MFP

I joined MFP earlier this week and am really enjoying it so far. My journey to weight loss started about 3 weeks ago when my daughter asked me to join the gym with her as she wants to lose some weight for her wedding in August. At first I thought here we go again we will join for a month or two and then stop going. However then I got thinking I have been unhappy with my weight for a while but was to lazy to do anything about it. My heaviest was 212. I did join the gym with her and when we did the intial asssessment they asked about our eating habits which made me cringe. I drank about 4 or 5 Pepsi a day almost never had breakfast and rarely ate lunch but always ate dinner. That was on April 26th and my weight was 205.6. Since then I have changed my daily food intake and am happy to say that so far I have been eating better food and 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between and I am now down to 201.1 on the gym scale (mine says 202.5) as of last night. I have also been going to gym regularly. I am looking for friends to help me stay the course as I would like to lose at least 20 lbs to start, and I would be happy to help you with your journey too :)
