Very happy tonight. Ate @ Longhorn steakhouse, Sierra chicken less than 500 cal portion, salad (no dressing, but 1 tbsp cheese and added some onion), piece of bread, and mixed veggies and it all came to (drum roll please) 463 cals. Sodium was high but I save my entire day's allotment basically for this.

So, here's the big question, where else do you eat that has awesome food (I actually really enjoyed my meal), especially awesome dessert with very low cals. If you could list the foods and the cals, that would be really helpful.

My fav breakfast place is Bob Evans, I get a big breakfast for 310 cals. It includes Pancakes, syrup, eggs, and fresh fruit. While I don't do this every weekend (again, the sodium is very high), I still love that I have a choice when the family goes out for Sunday breakfast.

Especially interested in fish and chicken. I only get red meat 1 time a week.
