Don't blame yourself for a piece of chocolate!

Everyday was a "start my new diet" day. I can't even remember how many of those days I had. At the end of the day, I'd always give in to my chocolates. After having the first one, I could not stop. Blamed myself for not being strong enough. After countless "new diet days" and methods (pills, breathing exercises, and teas,) I have learned that there is no one to blame, not even myself. When I eat a chocolate or even two, I tend to pay more attention to my calories. I think about what I could've had instead of the chocolates, in other words, I am learning to make better choices. Not playing the "blame" game is extremely helping and reminding me that I am only human, I make mistakes and move on.

I agree. You really can't beat yourself up and expect to be successful and happy. :)
