BodyMedia LINK HELP!!!!

I have the LINK and I'm having issues syncing it to my iPhone. Tried the troubleshooting help on the site, and it's still not working. My phone will sometimes find the armband, but says it's not paired. I need to make sure the armband is on, ready to by synced and near the phone. Yes, yes and yes. WTH???
Can anyone offer any other suggestions? Customer servise is M-F, 9:00-5:00.:ohwell:
